As a big thank you for booking early, you get complimentary dishes to share – including the new umami ‘mushroom croquettes’ or ‘kani & ikura temaki’, soft snow crab with trout roe, sushi rice and crispy nori.
Be sure to book a table with a mate or date and dig into delicious new menu highlights including the ‘Sashimi Deluxe’, with delicately sliced salmon, yellowfin tuna, yellowtail kingfish with a snow crab daikon roll, hiramasa ceviche and tamago ikura – guaranteed to get your tastebuds tingling. The ‘Kani Abokado’ is one not to miss and has the perfect balance of flavours and textures – Uramaki with cucumber, avocado, soya sesame, chives and coriander topped with snow crab and yuzu, you’ll be dreaming of this dish for weeks to come! You can’t go to Sticks’n’Sushi and not order their infamous sticks, new to the line up is the ‘Ramu Niku’, grilled lamb skewers with spring onion, yakiniku sauce, garlic butter and soya sesame.
