Located on the first and second floors of John Lewis, Benugo offers freshly made sandwiches, salads, cakes, scones and drinks. The first floor is a smaller unit, and is the ideal spot when in a rush – great for grab and go options. If you have more time, head to the second floor and settle into the welcoming cafe whilst enjoying a cup of coffee and a sarnie – we love to keep it simple for lunch every now and again.

A Danish bakery in the heart of the West End, Ole & Steen on Wigmore Street has a yummy selection of baked goods. Eat like the Scandinavians and enjoy an open sandwich – the Smoked Salmon Open Rye is delish, as is the Tarragon Chicken Open Rye and finish your lunch off properly with a Danish pastry.
