Ultimate Evening in the West End Giveaway T&Cs

Open to United Kingdom residents aged 18 or over only, except employees of New West End Company, or any other person(s) connected with the competition, including third party promotional partners.

The competition runs from Thursday 11 July 2024 and closes at 15:00 Thursday 18 July 2024 BST (the “Closing Date”). Any entries received after the Closing Date will be void.

Multiple entries allowed per person. Bulk, automatically generated or third party entries are void. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

The Prize

• A bottle of Silverhand English Sparkling Wine, up to 6 small plates and a selection of desserts to be enjoyed in your own private cabana at 1864 Rooftop Bar.
• Two tickets to see a show of your choice at Underbelly Festival in Cavendish Square and two pre-show drinks from the Spritz Bar.
• £150 to spend at an Oxford Street store of your choice.

The Prize Winner will be chosen:

• One winner will be selected at random from Instagram and notified via Instagram on Thursday 18 July 2024 for them to accept and redeem the prize in accordance to these terms and conditions.
• The Winner must confirm receipt of their prize within 24 hours of win acknowledgment – deadline of 15:00 Friday 19 July 2024 BST. In the event that the winner does not claim their prize within 24 hours of notification and/or is unable to accept the prize, another winner will be selected at random.
• Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Underbelly Festival

• This prize is non-transferable or refundable.
• The prize must be redeemed before 21 September when Underbelly Festival closes.
• The prize must be booked at least 1 week in advance to avoid disappointment.

£150 voucher to an Oxford Street store of our choice.

• Once a retailer has been selected by the winner, this is binding and a different retailer cannot be selected.
• This prize is non-transferable or refundable.
• The prize total will be at the value of £150; no alternative cash-prizes are available.
• The prize must be redeemed in accordance with terms and conditions as laid out by the individual retailer.

New West End Company reserve the right to substitute all prizes with another prize at its absolute discretion.

10. The Promoter reserves the right to publish entries (including parts of entries) other than the winning entry and publication does not necessarily mean the entrant has won a prize.
11. There is no cash or other alternative to the prize stated and the prize is not transferable, and no part or parts of the prize may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions.
12. Winners may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize.
13. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding on the entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.
14. The Promoter will not be liable for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind or lost or unavailable network connections that may limit or prohibit an eligible entrant’s ability to participate in the competition.
