TFL X Oxford Street 'FriYAY Giveaway' Terms and Conditions

Open to United Kingdom residents aged 18 or over only, except employees of New West End Company and Transport for London, or any other person(s) connected with the competition, including third party promotional partners.

The competition runs from Thursday 7 March 2024 and closes at 15:00 Thursday 14 March 2024 GMT (the “Closing Date”). Any entries received after the Closing Date will be void.

Multiple entries allowed per person. Bulk, automatically generated or third party entries are void. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

The Prize

• A £500 voucher for John Lewis
• A bespoke experience for two at Rituals Cosmetics including:
  • A Water Island experience.
  • A relaxing hand and arm massage.
  • A skincare consultation.
  • £150 worth of products to take home with you.
• Lunch for two at Aqua Kyoto including:
  • 1x Arrival cocktail per guest

The Prize Winner will be chosen:

• One Winner will be selected at random from Instagram and notified via Instagram on Thursday 14 March 2024 for them to accept and redeem the prize in accordance to these terms and conditions.
• The Winner must confirm receipt of their prize within 48 hours of win acknowledgment – deadline of 15:00 Saturday 16 March 2024 GMT. In the event that the winner does not claim their prize within 48 hours of notification and/or is unable to accept the prize, another winner will be selected at random.
• Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Prize Specific Conditions

John Lewis Gift card

• This prize is non-transferable or refundable.
• The prize total will be at the value of £500; no alternative cash-prizes are available.
• The prize must be redeemed in accordance with terms and conditions as laid out by the individual retailer

New West End Company reserve the right to substitute all prizes with another prize at its absolute discretion.

Rituals Cosmetics 

• This prize is non-transferable or refundable.
• No prize or cash alternatives are available.
• The prize is only available in the Rituals Oxford Street store and the full amount must be redeemed on the day.
• The prize includes:
  • A Water Island experience.
  • A relaxing hand and arm massage.
  • A skincare consultation.
  • £150 worth of products to take home with you.
• The prize must be redeemed in accordance with terms and conditions as laid out by the individual retailer.
• The visit must be booked at least 7 days in advance.
• The prize must be redeemed by 13th June 2024.

Aqua Kyoto 

• This prize is non-transferable or refundable.
• The prize is subject to availability and must be redeemed by 13th June 2024.
• Not redeemable on key dates.
• Bookings are required and subject to availability.
• Excludes discretionary surcharge payable on the day.

Twist Museum 

• This prize is non-transferable or refundable.
• The prize is subject to availability and must be redeemed by 13th June 2024.
• Tickets redeemable for a visit at any time during advertised opening hours

9. Any amendments will be published on the Promoter’s website (the Website).
10. The Promoter reserves the right to publish entries (including parts of entries) other than the winning entry and publication does not necessarily mean the entrant has won a prize.
11. There is no cash or other alternative to the prize stated and the prize is not transferable, and no part or parts of the prize may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions.
12. Winners may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize.
13. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding on the entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.
14. The Promoter will not be liable for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind or lost or unavailable network connections that may limit or prohibit an eligible entrant’s ability to participate in the competition.
