Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility
The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 and over. Entrants must be able to travel to Oxford Street at their own expense. - How to Enter
To enter the competition, participants must complete the required entry steps on the competition page. No purchase is necessary to enter. - Prize
The winner will receive the following prizes:- A special afternoon tea for two at Bond St Tea Rooms.
- A £200 John Lewis gift card.
- A £100 Rituals gift card, along with an immersive spa experience, including a hand and arm massage and a personalised consultation.
Travel Costs: All associated travel costs to Oxford Street are the responsibility of the winner. The prize does not include any travel or accommodation expenses.
- Competition Period
The competition will run from Thursday 6th March 2025 to Thursday 20th March 2025. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered. - Winner Selection
One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified via email within 1 day of the competition closing date. - Prize Collection
The winner will need to claim their prize by responding to the notification within 5 days. If no response is received within the specified time frame, an alternative winner will be selected. - Prize Restrictions
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives. The winner may be asked to provide proof of age and residency. - Publicity
By entering the competition, the winner agrees to participate in any promotional activities related to the competition, including being featured on the Oxford Street website and social media channels. - Data Protection
Personal data collected during the competition will be used only for the purpose of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties without the entrant’s consent, except as required by law. - General Terms
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes will be posted on the competition page. The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. - Liability
The promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the competition or the acceptance and use of the prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. - Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
