Open to United Kingdom residents aged 18 or over only, except employees of New West End Company, or any other person(s) connected with the competition, including third party promotional partners.

The competition runs from Thursday 13 June 2024 and closes at 15:00 Thursday 20 June 2024 GMT (the “Closing Date”). Any entries received after the Closing Date will be void.

Multiple entries allowed per person. Bulk, automatically generated or third party entries are void. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

The Prize

• Two tickets to see Kylie Minogue at American Express presents BST Hyde Park.
• £150 to spend at an Oxford Street store of your choice.

The Prize Winner will be chosen:

• One winner will be selected at random from Instagram and notified via Instagram on Thursday 20 June 2024 for them to accept and redeem the prize in accordance to these terms and conditions.
• The Winner must confirm receipt of their prize within 24 hours of win acknowledgment – deadline of 15:00 Friday 21 June 2024 BST. In the event that the winner does not claim their prize within 24 hours of notification and/or is unable to accept the prize, another winner will be selected at random.
• Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Prize Specific Conditions

£150 voucher to an Oxford Street store of our choice.

• Once a retailer has been selected by the winner, this is binding and a different retailer cannot be selected.
• This prize is non-transferable or refundable.
• The prize total will be at the value of £150; no alternative cash-prizes are available.
• The prize must be redeemed in accordance with terms and conditions as laid out by the individual retailer.

New West End Company reserve the right to substitute all prizes with another prize at its absolute discretion.

Tickets cannot be exchanged.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. The prize is a pair of general admission tickets for Kylie Minogue at American Express presents BST Hyde Park on Saturday 13 July 2024. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability.

The winner will be chosen at random by the New West End Company and contacted on Thursday 20 July via instagram direct message. The winner has 24 hours to respond, after which New West End Company reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.

The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
